Laughing Buddha Power Nepal Limited (LBPNL) is convening its AGM at CW Café with Restro Bar, Kamaladi, Kathmandu on Falgun 22, 2074 at 12:30 PM.
The agenda of the meeting includes endorsement of the company’s annual report of fiscal year 2073/74 and the financial highlights of fiscal year 2073/74. Also, the agenda includes appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2074/75.
