Last trading day in NEPSE to grab dividend of NADEP Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha

Today is the last trading day in NEPSE to grab the dividend of NADEP Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited.

Nadep Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has announced its 5th AGM going on 28th Ashwin, 2077. The book closure date for the AGM is on Ashwin 14. This means that those investors who bought shares before Ashwin 14 will be entitled to for the dividend and attend AGM.

The AGM will endorse 10% bonus shares proposed for the FY 2075/76. From the paid-up capital of Rs. 36.80 crores, the bonus shares amount to Rs. 3.68 crores. A 0.526% dividend will also be endorsed for tax purposes.

After the bonus shares distribution, the paid-up capital of Nadep Laghubitta will be Rs. 40.48 crores. Its authorized capital is Rs. 64 crores.

Also, the AGM will discuss changing the promoter-to-public shareholding ratio from the existing 70:30 to 51:49.
