Last trading day in NEPSE to clinch dividend of Nepal Bangladesh Bank; book closure on Mangsir 26

Today is the last trading day in NEPSE to clinch dividend of Nepal Bangladesh Bank (NBB). The bank will be convening its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 07, 2076 at Rastriya Sabha Griha, Pradarshani marga, Kathmandu from 10 AM onwards. The book closure is on Mangsir 26, 2076. Therefore shareholders maintained on Mangsir 25, 2076 will be eligible to participate in AGM and claim the dividend.

The agendas for the AGM are:

• Approval of 5% bonus shares worth Rs 40.44 crore and 7% cash dividend worth Rs 56.61 crore.
• Approval of annual report and audited financial statements for the year 2075/76.
• Appointment of the auditor for the year 2076/77 and determination of the remuneration.
