Today is the last days to clinch Muktinath Bikas Bank (MNBBL) 4:1 ratio right shares and Sewa Bikas Bank Limited 5:1 right shares which will be closed today, Poush 20, 2071.

5,15,200 units of right shares of Sewa Bikas Bank are being floated for its existing shareholders since Mangsir 14, 2071 and 9,18,750 units of right shares of Muktinath Bikas Bank are being floated for existing shareholders since Mangsir 15, 2071.

NMB Capital is the issue manager of the right issue of Sewa Bikas Bank and Growmore Merchant Banker is the issue manager of the right issue of Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited.
