Last day to submit bids for the auction of promoter shares of Nerude Laghubitta; 87.3 thousand shares being auctioned at floor rate of Rs 220

Nerude Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (NLBBL) is selling 87,300 units of promoter shares via auction from Bhadra 20, 2076 to Bhadra 29, 2076 i.e today. If you haven't submitted your bid form yet, then today is the last day to grab this opportunity.

The company has appointed Civil Capital Market Limited as the issue manager for the auction. The existing promoters of the bank and other individuals, company and institutions eligible to be promoter can bid for the auction.

The application must be placed for a minimum of 100 units at a minimum rate of Rs. 220 per share, while there is no limit for maximum bidding. However, the applied units should not exceed the limit mandated by Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB). The applied units should be in the whole number.

The total amount of bid can be deposited at Civil Capital Market's account at Prime Commercial Bank. The account number is 00102109CA. Or you can submit a Good for payment cheque or A/C payee cheque along with the form.
