Last day to secure 9% stock dividend of Century Commercial Bank

Today is the last day to get hold of 9% bonus share of Century Commercial Bank Limited (CCBL) for the fiscal year 2071/72. Only those shareholders owning shares till today, Magh 7 will be entitled to the dividend of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Magh 8, 2072  to till Poush 22, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming AGM. Century Commercial Bank earned net profit of Rs 7.42 crore in the first quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73 as per unaudited report. It’s paid up capital of the bank stands at 2.12 arba and after the issuance of bonus share the paid up capital will rise to Rs 2.31 arba.
