Last day to secure 50% cash dividend of Nepal Telecom; LTP stood at Rs.715; AGM on Baisakh 20

Today is the last day to get hold of 50 percent cash dividend Nepal Doorsanchar Company Limited (NTC) for the fiscal year 2071/72. Only those shareholders owning shares till today is entitled to the cash dividend of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Baisakh 5, 2073 till Baisakh 20, 2073 for the purpose of its upcoming AGM. Nepal Telecom has earned net profit of Rs 7.2 arba in the second quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73 as per unaudited report. It’s paid up capital stands at 15 arba. The last trading price stood at Rs. 715 as on April 12, 2015.
