Last day to secure 30.4% bonus share of Swarojgar Laghubitta; Book closure tomorrow

Today is the last day to get hold of 30.4 % bonus share of Swarojgar Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited (SLBBL) for the fiscal year 2072/73. Only those shareholders buying shares till today (Ashwin 17, 2073) are eligible for the dividend of the company. The register of the shareholders will be closed from tomorrow (Ashwin 18, 2073) to Kartik 13, 2073 for the purpose of its upcoming AGM. Swarojgar Laghubitta has earned net profit of Rs 2.47 crore in the fourth quarter of the last fiscal year 2072/73 as per unaudited report. It’s paid up capital stands at 5.36 crore and after the issuance of 30.4% bonus share the paid up capital will rise to Rs 6.98 crore. After bonus share is issued the company will float 50% right share and after that its paid up capital will reach Rs 10.48 crore
