Last day to secure 25% stock dividend of Goodwill Finance; Book closure tomorrow

Today is the last day to get hold of 25 % bonus share of Goodwill Finance Limited (GFCL) for the fiscal year 2072/73. Only those shareholders owning shares till today (Ashwin 10, 2073) are entitled to the bonus share of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain closed from tomorrow (Ashwin 11, 2073) till Ashwin 20, 2073 for the purpose of its AGM. A separate book closure date will be published for the right share. GFCL Finance earned net profit of Rs 13.14 crore in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73 as per unaudited report. It’s paid up capital stands at Rs 36.30 crore and after the issuance of 25% bonus share the paid up capital will rise to Rs 45.37 crore.
