Last day to secure 25% right share of Surya Life Insurance; LTP stood Rs 1251

Today is the last day to get hold of 4:1(25%) right share of Surya Life Insurance Company Limited (SLICL). The book closure date for 25% right issues has been set for Ashad 28, 2073. Only the shares registered one day ahead of the book closure date i.e. today (Ashad 27, 2073) is eligible for the right shares. Surya Life Insurance had earned a net profit of Rs. 79.09 lakh in the third quarter of the current fiscal year. The paid up capital of the insurance company stands at Rs 50 crore. After the issuance of 25 percent, its paid up capital will stand at Rs 62.5 crore. Laxmi Capital Market Limited has been assigned as the issue manager for the right issue. Its last traded price stood at Rs 1251 as on July 10, 2016.
