Last day to secure 25% right share of Siddhartha Bank; Book closure tomorrow

Today is the last day to get hold of 4:1(25%) right share of Siddhartha Bank Limited (SBL) The book closure date for 25% right issue has been set for Ashwin 17, 2073 for one day. Only the shares registered one trading day ahead of the book closure date i.e. today (Ashwin 16, 2073) are eligible for the right shares. Laxmi Capital Market Limited has been assigned as the issue manager for right share issue. SBL had earned net profit of Rs. 1.2 arba in the fourth quarter of the last fiscal year 2072/73. The paid up capital of the commercial bank stands at Rs 3.02 arba. After the issuance of 25 percent right share, the paid up capital will reach to Rs 3.77 arba.
