Last day to secure 20% bonus shares of Agricultural Development Bank; LTP at Rs 420

Today is the last day to clinch 20% bonus shares of Agriculture Development Bank Limited (ADBL) which the company announced to distribute from the net profit it had earned in the FY 2073/74. The book closure date for the AGM has been set from Magh 15 to Magh 29, 2074. Thus, shareholders holding shares till today (Magh 14, 2074) i.e. one day ahead of the book closure date are eligible to participate in AGM and for proposed dividend. It will be convening 11^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Magh 29, 2074. The AGM is going to be held at Agriculture Development Bank Central Training Institute, Bode, Bhaktapur at 11:00 AM. Its current paid up capital stands at Rs 7.08 arab which will reach to Rs 8.45 arba after adjustment of 20% bonus shares. It had earned Rs 2.77 arba in the fourth quarter of the FY 2073/74. Its LTP stood at Rs 420 as of last trading day.
