Last day to secure 20% bonus share of Womi Microfinance; Book Closure tomorrow

Today is the last day to get hold of 20% bonus share of Womi Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (WOMI) for the fiscal year 2072/73. Only those shareholders owning shares till today (Mangsir 15, 2073) will be entitled to the dividend of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain closed from tomorrow till Mangsir 30, 2073 for the purpose of its upcoming (AGM). The microfinance had earned a net profit of Rs 52.67 lakh in its 1st quarter of the fiscal year 2073/74. It has paid up capital of Rs 4.68 crore. After distribution of 20% bonus share, its paid up will reach to Rs 5.61 crore.
