Last day to secure 17% & 20.25% bonus share of Prabhu Insurance & Ace Dev Bank

Today is the last day to get hold of 17 % bonus share of Prabhu Insurance Company Limited (PRIN) for the fiscal year 2072/73. Only those shares registered one day ahead of the book closure date, i.e. today (Kartik 1,2073) will be eligible for the bonus shares. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Kartik 2, 2073 till Kartik 12, 2073 for the purpose of its AGM. A separate book closure date will be published for the right share. Prabhu Insurance has earned net profit of Rs 14.86 crore in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73 as per unaudited report. It’s paid up capital stands at 32.90 crore. After issuance of 17% bonus share & 50% right share its paid up capital will reach Rs 57.73 crore.   Also, today is the last day to get hold of 20.25 % bonus share of Ace Development Bank Limited (ACEDBL) for the fiscal year 2072/73. Only those shares registered one day ahead of the book closure date, i.e. today (Kartik 1,2073) are eligible for the bonus shares. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Kartik 2, 2073 till Kartik 12, 2073 for the purpose of its AGM. Ace Development Bank has earned net profit of Rs 26.18 crore in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73 as per unaudited report. It’s paid up capital stands at Rs 1 arba. After issuance of 20.25% bonus share the paid up capital will rise to Rs 1.20 arba.
