Last day to secure 15.85 % bonus share of Sagarmatha Finance; LTP stood at Rs 393

Today is the last day for the investors to get hold of 15.85% percent bonus share of Sagarmatha Finance Company Limited (SAFL) for the fiscal year 2071/72. Only those shareholders owning shares till today are entitled to the dividend of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Jestha 21, 2073 till Ashad 3, 2073 for the purpose of its upcoming AGM. Sagarmatha Finance had earned net profit of Rs. 6.22 crore in third quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73. Its LTP stood at Rs 393 as on May 31, 2016.
