Last day to secure 11.32% cash dividend and 15% bonus share of Mero Microfinance

Mero Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited will close the shareholder's book tomorrow (i.e. Ashwin 16, 2075) for the 6th AGM. MERO will distribute 11.32% cash dividend and 15% bonus share, thus the shareholders holding the shares of the microfinance till Ashwin 15 i.e. today will be eligible for the proposed dividends and participation in the AGM. The company will distribute Rs 3.23 crores as a cash dividend.

Mero Microfinance has paid up capital of Rs 28.60 and after the bonus distribution, the paid-up capital of the company will reach 32.89 crores. The company has announced the issuance of 100% right share on the adjusted paid-up after the bonus distribution. After the right issuance, the paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs 65.78 crore. The company has shown a disappointing Net Profit growth of 2% in 74/75 FY Q4 result compared to Q4 of corresponding last fiscal year.
