Last day to place bids for the auctioned 11,129.01 units shares of Swarojgar Laghubitta; Bid can be placed for minimum 100 units

Today is the last day to apply for the auctioned 11,129.01 of unsold right shares of Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SLBBL).

Interested bidders have to place their bids before 3 PM of the closing date at NMB Capital Limited (for people in the valley) or at branches of NMB bank (for people outside the valley). The minimum bid is for 100 units of shares. Applicants can bid for shares in multiples of 10 thereof.

SLBBL had issued 1,224,978 units as 100% rights to its shareholders.

The LTP of the microfinance company stands at Rs.615 per share. After the adjustment of 100% right shares and auction, the paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs 24.48 crore.
