Last day to grab shares of HIDCL; Company proposing 12% cash dividend

Hydroelectricity Investment and Development Company Limited (HIDCL) has published notice regarding the AGM, book closure and dividend.
The 196th BOD meeting of the company held on Poush 6, 2076; has proposed the following:
- The 8th AGM of the company will be held on Poush 28, 2076 at Tribhuvan Army Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu from 11 AM.
- The book closure date for this purpose is on Poush 17, 2076. Shareholders holding shares of the company till Poush 16 will be eligible to attend the AGM of the company and receive dividend.
- The company has proposed to distribute 12% cash dividend (including tax amount) worth Rs 1.32 Arba.
The dividend of the company is subject to approval form the AGM.
The paid-up capital of the company is currently at Rs 11 Arba.
