Last day to grab shares of Central Finance and Reliance Finance; Companies proposing 7% and 6.58% cash dividend respectively

Reliance Finance (RLFL) will be convening its tenth AGM on Falgun 16, 2076 at Baneswor Banquet from 11 AM onwards.
The 248th Board Meeting held on Magh 20, 2076 has decided on following agendas to be discussed in the AGM:
- Approval of the annual report to be presented by the Chairman.
- Approval of audited financial reports for 2075/76.
- Appointment of auditor for FY 2076/77 and determination of its remuneration.
- Approval of 6.58% cash dividend.
The book closure is on Magh 28, 2076. Therefore, shareholders maintained on Magh 27, 2076 i.e today will be eligible to participate in AGM and claim dividend.
Central Finance (CFCL) will be convening its 23rd AGM on Falgun 16, 2076 at Nepal Prasasanik Prasichhyan Pratisthan, Jwalakhel, Lalitpur from 11 AM onwards.
The 284th Board Meeting held on Magh 19, 2076 has decided on following agendas for the meeting:
- Approval of annual report to be presented by the Chairman.
- Approval of financial reports for the year 2075/76.
- Appointment of auditor for the year 2076/77 and determination of remuneration.
- Approval of 7% cash dividend with Rs 5.76 crore.
The book closure date has been set on Magh 28, 2076. Investors holding shares of the company till Magh 27, 2076 i.e today will be eligible to participate in the AGM and claim the dividend.
