Last Day to Grab Dividend Proposed by Mutual Funds of Nabil Investment Banking Limited

Today is the last day to grab the Nabil Balanced Fund - 2 (NBF2) and Nabil Balanced Fund III (NBF3) dividends.
The 123rd meeting of the board of directors of Nabil Investment Banking Limited held on Bhadra 12 has decided to distribute a 13% dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 14.56 Crore to Nabil Balanced Fund - 2 (NBF2) and an 13% cash dividend (including tax) worth 16.25 Crores to the unitholders of Nabil Balanced Fund III (NBF3) for the fiscal year 2081/82.
Nabil Balanced Fund—2 (NBF2) and Nabil Balanced Fund III (NBF3) are closed-end mutual funds with a 10-year maturity period. Both funds are sponsored by Nabil Bank Limited and managed by Nabil Investment Banking Limited.
The book closure date is 22nd Bhadra, 2082. Therefore, shareholders who have maintained their shares are entitled to a dividend payout and are eligible to attend this AGM.
