Last day to grab 38% stock dividend of NCC Bank, LTP stood at Rs 604; AGM on 30 Ashad

Today is the last day for the investors to get hold of the dividend pledged by Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank (NCCB), before its book closure on Wednesday.
NCC bank is closing its shareholder register book from tomorrow (Ashad 16) to convene its annual general meeting (AGM). It has already proposed 38 percent bonus share and 2 percent cash dividend (tax purpose) to its shareholders from the profit it earned in the last fiscal years 2069/70 and 2070/71.
The bank has scheduled its 16th and 17th AGM on Ashad 30, 2072. Only those investors buying shares of the bank till today (Tuesday) will be entitled for the dividend that it has announced for the fiscal year 2071/72 and allowed to attend the AGM.
The last trading price of NCC bank stood at Rs 604 as on June 29.
NCC Bank had reported net profit of Rs 33.19 crore in its third quarter company analysis of the fiscal year 2071/72.
