Last day to grab 20.85 % bonus share & 4:1 right share of Shangri-La Dev Bank

Today is the last day for the investors to get hold of the 20.85% percent bonus share and 25% (4:1) right share of Shangri-La Development Bank Limited (SADBL). Only those shareholders owning shares till today will be entitled to the 20.85 % bonus and 4:1 right share of the company. The register of their shareholders will be closed from tomorrow (Magh 21, 2072) till Falgun 14, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming (AGM). Shangri-La Development Bank had earned net profit of Rs 3.19 crore in its first quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73.
