Last day to get hold of 25% bonus share & 5% cash dividend of Soaltee Hotel and 17% bonus share of Mahakali Bikas Bank; Book closure tomorrow

Today is the last day for the investors to get hold of the 25% percent bonus share and 5% cash dividend pledged by Soaltee Hotel Limited for the fiscal year 2071/72. The Book closure date is set on Poush 1 (Tomorrow) .
Only those shareholders owning shares till Mangsir 29 (today) will be entitled to the dividend of the company. The register will remain close from Poush 1, 2072 till Poush 29, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming (AGM).
Soaltee Hotel Limited will be convening its 41st AGM on Poush 29. The AGM will be held at Soaltee Crown Plaza, Tahachal, Kathmandu at 10: 30 am.
Also, today is the last day to clinch 17% bonus share pledged by Mahakali Bikas Bank Limited (MBBL) for the fiscal year 2071/72.
Only those shareholders owning shares till Mangsir 29 (today) will be entitled to the bonus share of the company. The register of their shareholders has been closed from Poush 1, 2072 till Poush 25, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming (AGM).
MBBL will be convening its 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 25, 2072. The AGM will be held at Hotel Opera, Mahendranagar, Kanchanpur at 11:00 AM.
