Last day to get hold of 18% bonus share & 7% cash dividend of Narayani National Finance; Book closure tomorrow

Today is the last day for the investors to get hold of the 18% percent bonus share and 7% cash dividend pledged by Narayani National Finance Limited for the fiscal year 2071/72. The Book closure date is set on Ashwin 28 (Tomorrow) . Only those shareholders owning shares till Ashwin 27 (today) will be entitled to the dividend of the company. The register will remain close from Ashwin 28 till Kartik 20. The finance will be convening its 23nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Kartik 20, 2072.
