Last day to clinch dividends of Tinau Dev Bank, Fewa Finance, Pokhara Finance

Investors have the last deadline today to invest upon the shares of couple of banks and financial institutions (BFIs) to grab the dividend they have pledged for the fiscal year 2070/71.
While two commercial banks—Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Ltd and Lumbini Bank Ltd—are closing their shareholder record book from tomorrow, a development bank and two other finance companies book closure will also begin from Sunday.
Since trading is not held on Friday and Saturday, investors will have to buy shares by today to get their name in the shareholders record book for the entitlement of their dividend.
Tinau Development Bank, Fewa Finance Ltd and Pokhara Finance Ltd have provided the deadline of today to get hold of their scrips by today.
Tinau, Butwal-based development bank which is closing its book from tomorrow, has proposed 15 percent bonus shares to its shareholders and 0.79 percent cash dividend for the tax purpose for its shareholders. It is convening its AGM on Kartik 29 at Butwal Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Butwal.
Likewise, Pokhara-based financial companies—Fewa and Pokhara—are closing their record book from Sunday. Fewa has pledged 20 percent bonus shares and 10.5 percent cash dividend to its shareholders while Pokhara Finance has proposed 6 percent bonus shares and 10 percent cash dividend.
They have scheduled their AGMs on 29th Kartik and 5th Mangsir respectively at Hotel Pokhara Grand in Pokhara.
