Last day to clinch Chhimek Laghubitta 50% right share; book closure tomorrow

Today is the last day to get hold for the 2:1(50%) right share of Chhimek Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited (CBBL). The book closure date for the right issue is set on Ashad 30.

Only the shares registered one day ahead of the book closure date i.e. Ashad 30 will be eligible for the right shares. CBBL 13th AGM held on Mangsir, 18, 2071 had endorsed 2:1 right shares.

Chhimek Laghubitta had reported net profit of Rs 19.28 crore in its third quarter company analysis of the fiscal year 2071/72.

Its last traded price stood at Rs 1868 per unit as on yesterday’s trading in the NEPSE.

ICRA Nepal has assigned “[ICRANP] IPO Grade 3+”, indicating average fundamentals to the proposed rights issue.

Company’s present paid up capital is Rs 28.3 crore which will be Rs 42.5 crore after the issuance of right shares.
