Last day to clinch 80.71% dividend of Nirdhan Utthan Bank & 15.78% dividend of Mithila Laghubitta

Today is the last day to get hold of 80.71% dividend of Nirdhan Utthan Bank Limited (NUBL). NUBL will be endorsing 66.67% bonus share and 14.04% cash dividend from the profits of FY 2073/74 in its upcoming AGM going to be held on Poush 29, 2074. The register of their shareholders will close tomorrow i.e. Poush 14, 2074. So, only those shares traded till today are eligible for receiving the dividends and for participation in the AGM. Likewise, today is also the last day to secure 15% bonus share and 0.78% cash dividend (for tax purpose) of Mithila Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited (MLBBL). The register of their shareholders will also close tomorrow for its 9th AGM going to be held on Poush 29, 3074.
