Last day to clinch 8% bonus share of Gurans Life Insurance; AGM on Asadh 9

Today is the last day to get hold of 8% bonus share of Gurans Life Insurance Company Limited (GLICL). GLICL is going to conduct its 8th AGM on Asadh 9, for which the insurance company has set book closure date from Jestha 29 to Asadh 9, 2074. Only those shareholders having shares one trading day of the book closure date i.e. until today (Jestha 28, 2074) are eligible for 8% bonus share and for participation in the AGM. Book closure date for 50% right share will be announced later after being endorsed by this AGM. Gurans Life Insurance Company Limited has earned net profit of Rs 2.88 crore in the third quarter of the FY 2073/74. After issuance of 8% bonus share and 50% right share, its paid up capital will reach Rs 89.10 crore. As per Insurance Board’s directive, GLICL should increase its paid up capital to a minimum of Rs 2 arba by the end of FY 2074/75.
