Last day to clinch 46% right shares of Prabhu Insurance; LTP at Rs 765

Prabhu insurance Company Limited (PRIN) has announced book closure date for its 46% right share issuance. The book closure date for the right share has been set on Jestha 14, 2075. Only those shares registered one trading day ahead of the book closure date; till Jestha 13, 2075 i.e. today are eligible to apply for the right shares.
The insurance company will be issuing 31,66,677.63 unit shares at par value of Rs 100.
Prabhu Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the right issuance.
PRIN has earned net profit of Rs 13.08 crore in Q3 of the FY 2074/75.
The paid up capital of the company will reach Rs 1 arba after the adjustment of 46% right shares.
