Last day to clinch 35% stock & 7.1053 % cash dividend of HBL; Book Closure tomorrow; AGM on Poush 08

Today is the last day to get hold of 35% bonus share and 7.1053% cash dividend (including tax purpose for bonus share) of Himalayan Bank Limited (HBL). Only those shareholders owning shares till today, Mangsir 17 will be entitled to the dividend of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Mangsir 18, 2072 till Poush 8, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming AGM. The AGM is scheduled on Poush 06. Himalayan Bank Limited had earned net profit of Rs 32.27 crore in its first quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73.
