Last day to clinch 25% bonus shares & 10% cash dividend of Salt Trading Corporation; LTP at Rs 308

Today is the last day to clinch dividend of Salt Trading Corporation (STC). The board meeting of the company held on Magh 5, 2074 had decided to distribute 25% bonus share and 10% cash dividend from the net profit of FY 2073/74. The register of their shareholders will remain closed from Falgun 8 to Falgun 22, 2074 for the purpose of this AGM. Only those shares traded till today (Falgun 6, 2074) are eligible for the dividends and for participation in the AGM and proposed dividend. STC is going to conduct its 51^st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Falgun 22, 2074. The AGM is going to be held at Tribhuvan Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM. Its paid up capital will reach to Rs 12.26 crore from existing Rs 9.81 crore. Its LTP stood at Rs 308 as of last trading day.
