Last day to clinch 21.21% bonus shares of Kalika Microcredit Development Bank; LTP at Rs 1,617

Today is the last day to clinch dividend of Kalika Microcredit Development Bank Limited (KMCDB). It had announced 21.21% bonus shares and Rs 9.21 lakh cash dividend (for tax) from the net profit of Rs 2.22 crore it had earned in the FY 2073/74. The book closure date for the AGM has been set on Falgun 6, 2074. But only those shareholders holding their shares till today (Falgun 3, 2074) are eligible to participate in the AGM are proposed dividends. Its paid up capital will reach to Rs 10 crore from existing Rs 8.25 crore. KMCDB will be convening its 8^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Falgun 19, 2074. The AGM is going to be held at Hotel Venus, Syangja at 11:00 AM. Its LTP stood at Rs 1,617 as of last trading day.
