Last day to clinch 20% stock dividend of Bhargav Bikas Bank; LTP stood Rs 550

Today is the last day to get hold of 20 percent stock dividend of Bhargav Bikas Bank Limited (BHBL) for the fiscal year 2071/72. Only those shareholders owning shares till today (Ashad 14, 2073) is entitled to the dividend of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain closed from tomorrow (Ashad 15, 2073) till Ashad 25, 2073 for the purpose of its upcoming AGM. BHBL has earned net profit of Rs. 1.68 crore in the third quarter of current fiscal year.It’s paid up capital remains at Rs. 10 crore. After distributing 20 percent bonus share it’s paid up capital will rise to Rs. 12 crore. The last traded price (LTP) of BHBL stood at Rs.550 as on June 27, 2016.
