Last day to clinch 20% dividend each of Vijaya & Reliable Microfinance respectively

Today is the last day to get hold of 15 percent stock and 5 percent cash dividend of Vijaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (VLBS) for the fiscal year 2072/73. Only those shares registered one day ahead of the book closure date, i.e. today (Mangsir 6, 2073) are eligible for the bonus shares. The register of their shareholders will be closed from tomorrow (Mangsir 7, 2073) to till Mangsir 27, 2073 for the purpose of its AGM. VLBS has net profit of Rs 75.37 lakh in the first quarter of the current fiscal year 2072/3/74. The paid up capital of the microfinance company stands at Rs 14 crore. After issuance of 15% bonus share, its paid up capital will reach to Rs 16.1 crore. Similarly, today is the last day to get hold of 20 percent bonus share of Reliable Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (RMFL). Only those shareholders owning shares till today (Mangsir 6, 2073) will be entitled to the dividend of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain close from tomorrow (Mangsir 7, 2073) till Mangsir 13, 2073 for the purpose of its AGM. Reliable Microfinance has earned net profit of Rs 37.54 lakh in the first quarter of the fiscal year 2073/74 as per unaudited report. It’s paid up capital remains at Rs 5.65 crore. After issuance of 50% right share its paid capital will rise to Rs 8.47 crore.
