Last day to clinch 20% bonus shares of Janautthan Samudayik Laghubitta; LTP at Rs 3,550

Today is the last day to clinch dividend of Janautthan Samudayik Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited (JSLBB). The 110^th board meeting of the microfinance company held on Kartik 5, 2074 had decided to distribute 20% stock and 1.05% cash dividend for tax purpose to its shareholders from the net profit of FY 2073/74. It had also announced 100% right shares to its shareholders. The book closure date for the AGM was set from Poush 18,2074 to Poush 30, 2074. Thus, only those shareholders owning shares till today Poush 17, 2074, i.e. ahead of the book closure date are eligible to participate in the AGM and proposed bonus shares. Separate book closure will be announced for right shares. Last year too, JSLBB had issued 20% stock dividend to its shareholders. It will be conducting its 7^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 30, 2074. The AGM is being held at Rose Party Palace, Butwal – 12, Rupandehi at 11:00 AM. Its paid up capital will reach to Rs 5.76 crore after bonus and right shares. JSLBB had earned Rs 1.60 crore in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2073/74. Its LTP stood at Rs 3,550 as of last trading day.
