Last day to clinch 20% bonus share of Prudential Insurance Company Limited

Prudential Insurance Company Limited (PICL) is endorsing 20% bonus share and Rs 37,32,409 cash dividend (for tax purpose) from its 15^th Annual General Meeting going to be held on Falgun 27, and today (Falgun 2, 2073) is the last day to get hold of the dividends. The register of the shareholders will close tomorrow (Falgun 3, 2073). The register of the shareholders will remain closed from Falgun 3 to Falgun 27, 2073. PICL will also be endorsing 30% right share after bonus share distribution. A separate book closure date will be announced for the right issue. Prudential Insurance Company Limited has earned net profit of Rs 4.04 crore in the second quarter of the fiscal year 2073/74. Its paid up capital stands at Rs 35.64 crore. After distribution of 20% bonus share, its paid up capital will reach Rs 42.76 crore. Finally, after the issuance of 30% right share, its paid up capital will reach Rs 55.6 crore.
