Last day to secure 18.29% bonus share of Laxmi Bank; LTP at Rs 485

Today is the last day to get hold of 18.29% bonus share (stock dividend) of Laxmi Bank Limited (LBL). The register of their shareholders will close tomorrow (Asadh 2, 2074) for the purpose of its upcoming 16th AGM going to be held on Asadh 13, 2074. Only those shareholders having shares one trading day before the book closure date i.e. till today (Asadh 1, 2074) are eligible for the bonus shares and for participation in the AGM. Laxmi Bank has earned net profit of Rs 56.91 crore in the third quarter of the FY 2073/74. Its paid up capital currently stands at Rs 3.15 arba. After the capitalization of recently concluded 100% right share and 18.29% bonus share, its paid up capital will reach Rs 7.47 arba. The last traded price of LBL stood at Rs 485 as of yesterday (June 14, 2017).
