Last day to clinch 12% stock dividend of Prabhu Insurance; Book Closure tomorrow

Today is the last day to get hold of 12% bonus share of Prabhu Insurance Limited (PRIN). Only those shareholders owning shares till today, Mangsir 16 will be entitled to the dividend of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Mangsir 17, 2072 till Poush 3, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming AGM. The AGM is scheduled on Poush 03. At present PRIN has a paid up capital of Rs 29.38 crore. After the issuance of 12 % bonus shares, its paid up capital will reach to Rs 32.90 crore. Prabhu Insurance had earned net profit of Rs 5.03crore in its fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2071/72.
