Last day to clinch 100% right shares of Sanima Mai Hydropower; LTP at Rs 1100

Today is the last day to secure 100% right shares of Sanima Mai Hydropower Company Limited (SHPC). The book closure date has been set for tomorrow (Shrawan 10, 2074). Only those shareholders holding shares one trading day ahead of the book closure date i.e. until today (Shrawan 9, 2074) are eligible to apply for the right shares. SHPC will be floating a total of 1,05,50,000 units right shares to its shareholders at a face value of Rs 100 per share. Sunrise Capital Limited is the issue manager for this right issue. SHPC has earned net profit of Rs 26.05 crore in the third quarter of FY 2073/74. Its current paid up capital remains at Rs 1.05 arba. After the issuance of 100% right share, its paid up capital will reach Rs 2.11 arba. Its LTP stood at Rs 1100 as of yesterday (July 23, 2017)
