Last day to clinch 10% stock dividend of Siddhartha Insurance

Today is the last day for the investors to get hold of the dividend pledged by Siddhartha Insurance Company Limited (SIL) for the fiscal year 2070/71.

Siddhartha Insurance has already proposed 10 percent stock dividend to its shareholders from the profit of FY 2070/71 which is to be endorsed by its AGM on 18 Ashad, 2072.

Siddhartha Insurance is closing its shareholder register book from tomorrow (Ashad 2) to convene its annual general meeting (AGM).

Only those investors buying shares of the bank till Ashad 1 (Today) will be entitled for the dividend that it has been announced for the fiscal year 2071/72 and also be allowed to attend the AGM.

Siddhartha Insurance Limited has posted net profit of Rs.83.15 million in its third quarter company analysis of the fiscal year 2071/72.
