Last day to clinch 10% bonus and right shares each of Central Finance

Today is the last day to get hold of  Central Finance Company Limited’s 10 percent bonus shares, and another 10 percent right shares after calculating the bonus shares from the net profit it posted in the last fiscal year 2069/70.

Last month the finance company had announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for July 15, and the book closure from July 3 for the AGM to be held at the Staff Colleage in Jawalakhel, Lalitpur.

Central Finance had posted a net profit growth of Rs 2.05 crore in the last fiscal year 2069/70.

It may be also noted that the finance company had increased its profit by 8 percent in the previous fiscal year as compared to the year before that.

The finance headquartered at Kupondole, Lalitpur has branches in several parts of the country, including Chabahil, Narayangadh, and Butwal.
