Last day to bid Oriental Hotel 19,045 units auction shares at Rs 100 & above; LTP stood at Rs 561

Interested Investors in acquiring the shares of Oriental Hotel Limited (OHL) have one more day to file their bids for the auctioned ordinary shares. The deadline for submitting sealed bids for the auctioned shares is closing today (Ashwin 28) and the bids will be opened to conclude the auction tomorrow ( Ashwin 29, 2072) . OHL is selling 19,045 units of seized ordinary share through auction. The investors applying for the auction can deposit the bid amount in the account number 0010000132001 of the NIDC Capital Market Limited. Bidders must quote a minimum price of Rs 100 per unit, which means that the lowest bid amount must be more than Rs 100. The hotel has urged the interested bidders to submit their bids by 3:00 PM today at the NCM Merchant Banking Limited located at Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu. NCM Merchant Banking limited is the issue manager for this auction which is located at Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu. The Last traded price of OHL stood at Rs561 as on October 14.
