Last Day to Bid for Promoter Shares of Vijaya Laghubitta (VLBS)

Today is the last day to bid for the promoter shares of Vijaya Laghubitta. Vijaya Development Resource Center has been auctioning 48,006 units promoter shares of Vijaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (VLBS) from 7th Poush. The auction will conclude today, i.e. on 12th Magh, 2077, at the end of banking hours.

While the minimum bid rate is Rs. 275, the minimum bid quantity should be 800 units. Although bidders can bid for the entirety of the issue, they are required to abide by Nepal Rastra Bank's rule to not exceed the specified quantity of shares per entity.

NIBL Ace Capital is the auction manager. Bids will be opened at the premises of the auction manager in Lazimpat, Kathmandu on Magh 15. The bid opening will start at 3 pm.

As of writing, the company's last day closing stands at Rs. 1,457. This is the stock price of the company's ordinary shares.
