Last day to bid 99,726 units auction shares of Innovative Dev. Bank; LTP stood Rs 432

Interested Investors in acquiring the shares of Innovative Development Bank Limited (INDB) have one more day to file their bids for the auctioned ordinary and promoter right shares. The deadline for submitting bids for the auctioned unsold right shares is ending today (Chaitra 19, 2072) and the bids will be opened to conclude the auction on Chaitra 21 , 2072 (Sunday). Innovative Development Bank had opened submission of sealed bids of 51,973 units ordinary and 47,753 units promoter right shares to general public from Chaitra 12, 2072. Bidders must quote a minimum price of Rs 100 per unit, which means that the lowest bid amount must be more than Rs 100. NMB Capital Limited is the issue manager for this auction. The bank has urged the interested bidders to submit their bids by 3:00 PM till today at the NMB Capital Limited located at Nagpokhari, Kathmandu. The investors applying for the auction can deposit the bid amount in the account number 00130600054010000152 of the NMB Bank Limited. The last trading price of the shares stood at Rs 432 as on March 31, 2016.
