Last day to bid 61,222 units auction shares of Srijana Finance

Interested bidders in acquiring the shares of Srijana Finance Limited (SFFIL) have one more day to file their bids for the auctioned ordinary and promoter right shares. The deadline for submitting bids for the auctioned unsold right shares is ending today (Ashad 21, 2073) and the bids will be opened to conclude the auction on Ashad 24, 2073. Srijana Finance Limited (SFFIL) has been auctioning its 30,552 units ordinary and 30,670 units promoter right shares to general public from Ashad 7, 2073. Only promoter shareholders can bid for the promoter shares. Bidders must quote a minimum price of Rs 100 per unit, which means that the lowest bid amount must be more than Rs 100. The bank has urged the interested bidders to submit their bids within office hour till today at the Srijana Finance Limited located at Biratnagar or also can submit their bids atNCM Merchant Banker Limited located at Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu . The last trading price (LTP) of the shares stood at Rs 71 as on November 3 , 2015.
