Last day to bid 1852.17 units promoter shares of Deprosc Laghubitta at Rs 600& above; LTP stood Rs1819

Interested investors in acquiring the shares of Deprosc Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited have one more day to file their bids for the auctioned promoter and ordinary right shares. The deadline for submitting bids for the auctioned seized shares is ending today (Kartik 2) and the bids will be opened to conclude the auction on Kartik 11, 2072. Deprosc Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited (DDBL) had auctioned 1852.17 units seized promoter right shares to the general public from Ashwin 18, 2072. Deprosc Laghubitta has urged the interested bidders to submit their bids till 3:00 PM today at the contact office of Deprosc Laghubitta located at Kuleswor, Kathmandu or head office of Deprosc laghubitta at Narayangad, Chitwan. Bidders must quote a minimum price of Rs 600 per unit, which means that the lowest bid amount must be more than Rs 600. The investors applying for the auction can deposit the bid amount in the account number 0601010000158 of the Global IME bank Limited. The last traded price of the microfinance stood at Rs 1819 as on October 15, 2015.
