Last Day to Apply for "NMB Saral Bachat Fund - E"; Public Issue already oversubscribed by 1.84 times

NMB Capital Limited is closing the issue of "NMB Saral Bachat Fund - E" from today. This issue was opened on 17th Bhadra and conclude on 21st Bhadra, 2078. 

According to the issue manager; 80,096 applicants have applied for a total of 46,154,450  units. This is the data as of 10 am today, i.e. Bhadra 20. Thus, the issue is already subscribed to over 1.84 times in terms of the public issue size. 

The "NMB Saral Bachat Fund - E" is an open-ended mutual fund, meaning it won't be traded in NEPSE. The fund has no maturity period, and the fund manager can add to the size of the mutual fund whenever needed.

10 crore units of Rs 10 face value each will be issued. 14% of the total fund size has been allocated for the fund promoter NMB Bank and 1% for NMB Capital. Investors can apply for a minimum of 100 units to a maximum of 40 lakh units.
