Last Day to Apply for "10.25% Civil Bank Debenture 2088"

Civil Bank Limited is closing the public issue of the "10.25% Civil Bank Debenture 2088." The issue opened on 24th Mangsir and was supposed to close on 28th Mangsir, 2078. However, the issue was not subscribed fully by the early closing date, and the deadline was extended till Poush 09. The issue manager has now decided to close the issue today, i.e. on Poush 07.

The total issue is for 30,00,000 units, with each unit having a par value of Rs. 1,000. While 18 lakh units will be subscribed via private placement, 12 lakh units will be offered to the general public, including a 5% quota for mutual funds.

Investors can apply for a minimum of 25 units to a maximum of the entirety of the issue.

As the name suggests, the "10.25% Civil Bank Debenture 2088" will mature in the year 2088 and yield 10.25% annual returns to unitholders.
