Last day to apply 50% right share of Mirmire Microfinance; Offer closes today

Mirmire Microfinance Development Bank Limited (MMFDB) has been issuing 1:0.5 (50%) right to its shareholders from Ashad 5, 2074 and today (Shrawan 8, 2074) is the last day to apply for the same. The microfinance company had set book closure date for the right issue on Jestha 17, 2074. Only those shareholders holding shares one trading day ahead of the book closure date i.e. till Jestha 16, 2074 are eligible to apply for the right shares. MMFDB has been issuing 1,50,000 units right shares at a par value of Rs 100 per share. Prabhu Capital Limited has been assigned as the issue manager for right share issue. Interested applicants can collect application forms from Prabhu Capital  Limited, Durbarmarg, Kathmandu and all branches of Mirmire Microfinance as well as from Prabhu Bank Limited. Mirmire Microfinance has earned net profit of Rs 1.21 crore in the third quarter of the FY 2073/74. It had distributed 50% bonus share for the FY 2073/74. Its paid up capital after the issuance of bonus shares stands at Rs 3 crore. After the issuance of 50% right shares, its paid up capital will reach Rs 4.5 crore. The company has authorized capital of Rs 10 crore. It promoter- public ratio stand at Rs 70:30.
