Last day to apply 100% right shares of Sanima Mai Hydropower

Sanima Mai Hydropower Company Limited (SHPC) is closing its 1:1 (100%) right shares to its existing shareholders  today (Bhadra 29, 2074). The right issue was opened for 35 days from Shrawan 27, 2074. The company is issuing a total of 1,05,50,000 unit right shares worth Rs 1.05 arba at the face value of Rs 100. The book closure date for 100% right issue was set on Shrawan 10, 2074 for one day. Only the shares registered one day ahead of the book closure date i.e until Shrawan 9, 2074 are eligible for the right shares. Sunrise Capital Limited has been assigned as the issue manager for the right issue. Interested shareholders can collect the application forms from Sunrise Capital, Kamal pokhari, Kathmandu as well as from all branch offices of Sanima Bank. Also applicants can download forms  from http://www.maihydro.com and http://www.sunrisecapital.com.np websites. After the adjustment of the rights shares, the hydropower company’s total paid-up capital will reach to Rs 2.11 arba from existing Rs 1.05 arba. The company has authorized capital of Rs 2.70 arba. SHPC has earned net profit of Rs 26.05 crore in the third quarter of FY 2073/74.
